The incident occurred near the intersection of Loafers Lake Lane and Conestoga Drive, a location situated north of Sandalwood Parkway East and west of Kennedy Road North. Peel Regional Police responded to the scene shortly after 7:15 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim who was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedics confirmed to CTV News Toronto that the victim was a young adult male. Thankfully, no other injuries were reported.
